1. Tell me more about yourself: where you're from, what you do, and how you first discovered NoOnes.

I am Ali Abdul-Rabinabi Dipanticha from Gambaga in the North East Region of Ghana. I am a football administrator, businessman, and crypto trader with several years of experience in peer-to-peer trading. I was one of the early traders on another P2P marketplace, Paxful, where I built strong credibility and a solid reputation. When Ray announced that Paxful users could transition to NoOnes following Paxful's shutdown, I joined NoOnes to continue my trading journey on a platform that values experienced traders.

2. When did you start bringing in new partners, and what inspired you to take that step?

I started bringing in new partners almost immediately after joining NoOnes. At first, I wasn't overly aggressive, but having been an Ambassador on Paxful with over 180 referrals, community building was second nature to me. My experience, along with my belief in the value of a strong community, inspired me to continue on NoOnes, helping others adapt and succeed.

3. What motivated you to become an active part of the Partner Program community?

What motivated me was the return of Kate G., who had previously led the Paxful Peer Program and is now heading the Partner Program at NoOnes, along with the program's restructuring. Her leadership, combined with the clearer structure, gave me confidence that my experience, effort, and community would be valued. This encouraged me to participate more actively and contribute to the community's growth.

It felt deeply satisfying and encouraging. It wasn't just about the partner (referral), but about the trust someone placed in me. Seeing my first partner join confirmed that my credibility mattered and motivated me to support others with even greater commitment.

I started with people around me, friends and colleagues, and then expanded to schools and colleges. I also used my football club's official page to promote my referral link. I connect with potential partners mainly through social media platforms, sharing information and educational content. I also organize physical outreach campaigns in schools, answering questions and clearly explaining the platform. Combining online and face-to-face interactions builds trust and makes onboarding easier.

8. How do you introduce new partners to the platform and help them start earning confidently?

I share my personal story as motivation, how I quit teaching to become a full-time trader on NoOnes, earning from both the Partner Program and P2P trading. Sometimes, I use my own funds to demonstrate live trades, showing step by step how to trade safely and profitably. This hands-on approach quickly builds confidence.

I provide practical demonstrations, trading live in their presence so they can see the process in real time. This removes fear and uncertainty, helping new partners feel welcomed, reassured, and motivated to start their own journey.

11. What strategies have helped you grow your commissions the most?

The key strategy is keeping my affiliates consistently active and engaged. I check in regularly, help them resolve platform issues, and share tips to stay profitable. By supporting them closely, both my community and commissions grow steadily.

12. If you could share one secret to success in onboarding new traders to NoOnes, what would it be?
