1. When did you start bringing in new partners, and what inspired you to take that step?

I began my journey in the gift card business around 2019, when I earned my first commission. Over time, I expanded my community of partners (referrals) on Paxful, continually learning new ways to use various gift cards to generate income. I also shared this knowledge with my team, helping them grow alongside me.

In 2022, my life reached a turning point with the launch of NoOnes. I brought my community of partners to this new platform and expanded it further. After introducing the Partner Program, I began sharing my gift card expertise with many Chinese users. During this teaching process, I noticed that some industry practitioners were engaging in manipulating or fraudulent activities. Rather than ignore it, I took the initiative to guide them correctly, acquiring their participation and teaching them how to use gift cards properly to generate income according to the terms and conditions of NoOnes.

2. What motivated you to become an active part of the Partner Program community?

Helping to scale my business is beneficial not only for the platform's long-term development but also for one's own growth. Once these customers arrive, my prices will have an advantage, and this will also significantly increase my trade volume.

3. How did you feel when your first partner joined through your referral link?

When the people I invited came here to conduct trades, they earned more coins with my assistance. This gives me a sense of achievement — one that continues to grow infinitely.

No one lacks interest in making money. I simply show them a way to earn and share the fruits of success. If they want to enjoy the same results, they know exactly what to do. If someone has no desire to make money at all, then this is not the right place for them. A good product doesn't need promotion. In China, there's a saying: "The fragrance of wine doesn't care about the depth of the alley."

9. Can you share a success story — someone from your network who grew fast thanks to your support?

One day, by chance, I met a trader who turned out to be the youngest I'd ever seen on NoOnes. He started trading on the platform at just 18 years old. With my guidance, he learned how to buy gift cards and earn coins from them. Over time, he grew his skills and eventually became a senior trader. It feels really rewarding to know that I played a part in his success.

10. What strategies have helped you grow your commissions the most?

When I received my first commission, it was completely unexpected. It was real and gave me a great deal of motivation to promote actively. At the same time, I needed to show newcomers that everything here is genuine — and I am a clear example of that.

11. How do you balance helping others succeed and increasing your own earnings?

One part of the excellent sales channels I offer is related to the products I sell. When my team succeeds, I succeed — and together, we all rise. The stronger their business grows, the stronger mine becomes. They are also very willing to cooperate with me.

The community has built a very good bridge for us, allowing our feedback to be addressed promptly, helping us resolve any confusion from certain transactions and correct methods we thought were wrong. This ensures that transactions proceed smoothly and quickly. Over time, customers will stay and not leave this place.

14. What's your vision for the Partner Program in your region or community?

I hope that trades among Chinese users and the competition among peers remain fair rather than destructive. I aim to change this mindset and establish a peaceful and friendly trading environment. This is what I intend to focus on next.

15. What drives you to keep building your network and supporting others?

A good network of connections begins with being honest and patient in your dealings. After I helped someone, they would spread the word about me without any effort on my part. People would come to me on their own initiative.

16. What are the mid term/long term goals for you? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My current goal is to restore the transaction volume of Chinese users to its peak level. I work hard every day to support them and help them trade more efficiently. In the long term, I aim to educate more people on how to use gift cards properly to earn coins.

Five years from now, I see myself still actively trading gift cards on NoOnes and continuing to grow as a trusted and experienced trader.

17. What message would you share with someone in your country who's thinking about joining but still hesitates?

Hesitation leads to failure. Just as people once had low expectations for BTC, one must be brave to try new things in order to experience unexpected surprises.
