1. What motivated you, as a young woman, to begin building a community around referrals?

I was inspired by the idea of financial independence and the opportunities that crypto and P2P trading bring. I realized that many people around me wanted to learn about trading but didn’t know where to start. Building a referral network allowed me not only to grow personally but also to help others discover new financial opportunities.

Yes, at the beginning there were moments of doubt. The crypto space can feel intimidating, especially for young women. But I decided to focus on learning, staying consistent, and proving that age or gender should never limit what someone can achieve.

One of the most rewarding moments was seeing someone who initially had no experience with P2P trading gain confidence and start building their own small network. Watching their progress reminded me of how powerful guidance and support can be.
